RWA Launcher

Compensation for Rights Transfer and Purchase Payment

RWA Launcher is BeatSwap’s decentralized platform that enables creators to tokenize and launch their IP-Rights as Real-World Assets (RWA) tokens. Creators are rewarded with $BTX when transferring IP-Rights to BeatSwap. Participants purchase RWA tokens using $BTX, supported by allocations for IP-Rights Acquisition.

Swap Fee Currency, LP Royalty and Incentive Distribution

$BTX is used for RWA swaps. $BTX collected as swap fees are distributed to LPs. Additionally, LPs receive proportional shares of $BTX as royalties from unstaked RWA tokens. Initial liquidity operations are supported by allocations for RWA Pairing Liquidity.

PoR System

Bonus Incentive Rewards

Bonus $BTX is distributed to active RWA stakers participating in the PoR system as rewards for participation. Long-term rewards are supported by allocations for PoR (Proof of Rights) Rewards.

Licensing to Earn

Licensing-Based Reward Distribution

Licensing to Earn is the protocol’s usage-driven distribution model that ties real IP licensing behavior to $BTX rewards. At its core, the IP Licensing Index (IPL) is an on-chain ICRC token minted to quantify licensing contributions. RWA contributors are rewarded with $BTX based on their IP Licensing Index (IPL) share, supported by allocations for Licensing-to-Earn.

      • 50% based on fan community engagement (likes, comments, follows)

      • 50% based on flexible $BTX staking.

    • Reputation Grade:

      • 100% based solely on fan engagement.

    • Fan Rewards:

      • Fans earn $BTX for participating in Space activities.

  • RWA Launcher:

    • Creators are paid in $BTX upon rights transfer approval.

    • Participants purchase RWA tokens using $BTX.

  • BeatSwap:

    • $BTX serves as the transaction currency for swapping RWA tokens.

    • Swap fees are collected in $BTX and proportionally distributed to LPs.

    • Royalty from unstaked RWA tokens is also proportionally distributed to LPs based on their liquidity share.

      • If some RWA tokens in liquidity pools are not staked in PoR,

      • The royalties generated by those unstaked assets are shared among LPs.

  • PoR System:

    • Users stake RWA tokens to earn rewards.

Licensing to Earn

Licensing to Earn is the protocol’s usage-driven distribution model that ties real IP licensing behavior to $BTX rewards. At its core, the IP Licensing Index (IPL) is an on-chain ICRC token minted to quantify licensing contributions. IPL is transfer-restricted, non-redeemable, and designed solely for utility-index purposes. There is no total issuance cap, as IPL is minted infinitely based on verified contributions. Monthly snapshots are taken on the 15th at 00:00 UTC to record each participant’s balance for proportional $BTX distribution.

  • UnlockReward: Minted when a user pays to unlock an IP asset.

  • RoyaltyReward: Minted when a rights holder receives royalty income from IP usage.

  • StreamReward: Minted when a user generates a verifiable usage event such as a stream or play.

Each participant’s IPL balance is captured in a monthly snapshot. The protocol calculates My Share as the percentage of total IPL supply held by that participant. $BTX rewards are distributed using the formula:

Reward Formula = Licensing-to-Earn Monthly Allocation × My Share

This ensures that creators, contributors, and rights holders are rewarded proportionally to their actual licensing contributions, creating a transparent and sustainable incentive system.
